IBEXpo Exhibition has brought together bakery products under the same roof.
Organized by Hannover Messe-Sodeks Exhibition IBEXpo 2010 Bakery, Additives,Ice Cream, Chocolate, Coffee and Patisserie Equipments - Accessories Exhibition, has bought together bakery products under the same roof for the first time. The exhibition that was held in Istanbul Expo Center hosted 152 companies from all over Turkey.

The exhibition that was held in Istanbul Expo Center hosted 152 companies from all over Turkey.
IBEXpo 2010 Bakery,Additives,Ice Cream, Chocolate, Coffee and Patisserie Equipments - Accessories Exhibition was organized for the first time in order to increase local and international trade of Bakery products which is the heart of food industry and related companies. The exhibition which was open for visiting between March 25-28 has hosted 152 exhibitors. Turkish Bakery Federation has supported the exhibition and 12.156 professional visitors have visited the exhibition.
Chairman of the board of Hannover Messe-Sodeks Fuarcılık A.Ş. Murat Demirtaş stated that the exhibition which was held for the first time about bakery products has been a very well thought, planned organization and had a great success.He said: “Industrial exhibition was amiss in bakery products which is the locomotive of growing food industry. We have completed this lack by the organization we held. During the exhibition the exhibitors have had intense meetings with national and international Professional visitors. A buyers delegation programme was organized from Albenia,Israel,Kuwait, Gordan, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Romania, Macedonia and Lebanon through the cooperation of Undersecreteriat for Foreign Trade, Central Anatolian Exporter Union. 50 bussinessmen from these countries has had meetings with the participants during this fair. From these meetings important cooperations were achieved. Also IBEXpo exhibition was supported by KOSGEB which meant support for SME companies. As a conclusion we have made an important cooperation with Turkish Bakery Federation and have organized a successful exhibition.”
Turkish Bakery Federation President Halil İbrahim Balcı has stated that IBEXPO exhibition has become the meeting point of all the elements of the industy. “The exhibitors machine manufacturers, bakeries, pastry and cafeteria equipment companies have prepared wonderfull shows. Concrete deals, new companies, the opportunity for visitors and exhibitors to evaluate new ideas together have been nice improvements for the industry. Also, the exhibition have paved the way for the meeting of all the bakers in Turkey. Bakers coming from different parts of Turkey have led to variety of colors. Our project for “ preventing bread dissipation” has brought all the exhibitors together. For us the exhibition has been very successfull even though held for the first time. The exhibition will be much more effective in the upcoming years.
Turkish – Dutch joint venture mixer remolding machine Dutch Sobatech and Turkish Barmak product “Continius Mixer” was introduced for the first time. The machine is a benchmark in mixer moulding machine providing 4% more efficiency, high capacity and hygiene.
